It will bring us great joy at Our Lady of Fatima to welcome your child into our faith family. The Sacrament of Baptism is the entrance into the Catholic faith and often called "The Door to the Church." Children ages newborn to six years are received through infant baptism. Those seven years and older are received through the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults program.
Parents desiring infant baptism for their children must be registered members of our parish and complete the preparation steps listed below. If you are not yet a member, we invite you to learn more about joining our parish.
At least one of the godparents must be a Catholic in good standing with the Church. Christian Witnesses are reserved for those individuals that are NOT baptized Catholic, but are baptized in a Christian faith.

Parents must attend an Infant Baptism Class at Our Lady of Fatima Parish with the Deacon or Priest. We have designed our Infant Baptism Class to help you, as parents and godparents, fulfill your canonical obligation to prepare yourselves for the child's baptism. Both parents need to attend unless a preparation class has been taken within the past 2 years, or you have baptized 3 or more children in the Catholic faith.
To sign up for an Infant Baptism Class at Our Lady of Fatima, please contact Elisabeth Krick at [email protected] or 303-233-1283 x340.
Parents and Godparents are asked to complete the required forms here and submit them in a single packet to the Parish Office at Our Lady of Fatima.
