Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) is a Montessori-based catechesis designed to offer children the opportunity to encounter Jesus in a quiet and meditative environment. Through age-appropriate Montessori activities, scripture stories, liturgical practice, and contemplative prayer, children are invited to listen to the Holy Spirit and grow in their relationship with God. Currently we have a Level I atrium for children ages 3-6 (must be potty-trained), and a Level II atrium for children ages 6-9.

Children's Sunday Catechesis is for elementary children in grades 2-5 who are preparing for their sacraments of Reconciliation, Confirmation, and/or First Eucharist. Through engaging lessons and materials, children will be invited into a more intimate relationship with God and a deeper discovery of a life of faith nourished by the Word of God.

Ignite is a group designed for our 4th and 5th graders who have been welcomed into the fullness of the life of the Church through the completion of their Sacraments of Initiation. Ignited by the Holy Spirit and nourished by Jesus in the Eucharist, 4th and 5th graders are invited to come explore what it means to be an Apostle of Jesus, growing in virtue and sent into the world as witnesses to the faith.

Vacation Bible School is a week-long summer religious education program for children grades K-6. We are thankful for all the volunteers that make VBS a success, including adults, middle school students, and high school students. All volunteers age 18+ must pass a background check and complete Safe Environment training.
